Lucknow Public Schools & Colleges organized a felicitation ceremony for its meritorious students of class XII of ISC, CBSE and UP Board-2019, parents and teachers at Shri Ram Lal Memorial Auditorium of Lucknow Public College, Vinamra Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The students whose marks score ranged between 75 and 98.75 percent were given away bags, strolley bags and certificates of honour. The toppers were awarded Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Phones and certificates as well. ISC toppers Harsh Mishra (98.75% ) and Ayush Ojha (98%) were honoured with laptops and Anshika Singh (97.75%) was given away a mobile phone.In CBSE class 12th,Devesh Shukla (97%) was awarded a tablet and a certificate of appreciation and Aman Gupta (96.4%) a mobile phone.Ankita Kumari (93.40%) , who secured 6 th rank in UP and 1 st in Lucknow in UP Board Intermediate was awarded a tablet and a certificate of appreciation.Atithi Kumar (92.60% with 9th rank in UP and second in the city) was given away a mobile phone and a certificate of appreciation as well. Prizes worth Rs.35 lakh were given away to 902 students and parents were honoured with bouquets & shawls. 128 students of LPCPS who got lucrative placement in esteemed positions in different companies were also honoured. The programme began with the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest Avanish Awasthi (IAS), Addl. Chief Secretary, Govt. of UP, Founder Manager SP Singh, MLC Kanti Singh, MD Sushil Kumar, Directors - Asha Singh, Neha Singh and Harshit Singh and principals of all LPS branches. Students presented Ganesh Vandana and Choirs. On this occasion, Founder Manager SP Singh said, "The grand felicitation ceremony encourages students, their confidence is boosted up through such ceremonies. It's a matter of pride that our students are excelling in board results and selections in different competitions and companies." The Chief Guest Avanish Awasthi said, "whatever genre you choose, do you best. The country needs more doctors, engineers and teachers. Hard work is needed for success. Big thinking is needed. If you have good thinking none can stop you from going ahead." At last the Managing Director Sushil Kumar proposed the vote of thanks.
